The Church Saint Jean
It was destroyed in 1951 and then rebuilt in 1609.

Outside: looking to the rear of the building, there is a statue of Christ with the name of the Curé Lardet who built the Sacristy in 1780.

The portar: is from the fourteenth century and came originally from the old Hospital Saint Denis du  faubourg Saint Jean de Verdun, which was burnt down in 1478.

Inside: you can observe the vault, dated 1671, which is covered with wood panelling. It give the distinct impression of an upside down boat.

North side: the Chapels of Sainte Anne (early 18th century), Saint Pierre (1410), Saint Joseph, and of Sacre Coeur (which was previously dedicated to Saint Nicholas), where the graves of two bargemen can been seen.

South side: the Chapel "du Rosaire", dated 1642 also shows a wooden carving of "the Virgin and Child" from the 18th century. The Chapel "Notre Dame des Treize" was built between 1462 and 1463 but needed restoring in 1602, which is how we see it today. The statue of the Virgin and Child is made of marble ansd was sculpted during the 16th century.  

In the aiste: four paintings which represent the life of "Saint Jean Baptiste" (painting by J. Liebault in 1748).

In the Choir: a painting  shows the baptisum of Christ (1643) and two others represent Saint Peter and Saint Paul (both painted in 1838). All three are framed by the retable which was originally constructed in 1680.
